Delete Your Account & Data

Applies to the Velora app by Velora (com.velora.app)

You can permanently delete your Velora account and every piece of data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, age, height, weight, goals, preferences, allergens)
• All food, exercise, hydration, weight and meditation logs
• All daily snapshots, weekly insights, scores and growth progress
• Your authentication account (email and sign-in identity)
• Your waitlist entry, if you joined one with the same email

Active subscriptions are managed by Google Play and should be cancelled in your Google Play subscription settings; deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Option 1: delete in the app (fastest)

• Open Velora and go to Profile
• Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account
• Confirm. Your data is erased from our systems and your sign-in account is removed.

Option 2: request deletion by email (no app needed)

If you have uninstalled the app, you can request deletion without reinstalling:

• Email support@veloracoach.com with the subject "Account deletion request"
• Send it from the email address your Velora account is registered under (or include that address in the message)
• We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply.

Data retention

Once deletion completes, your data is removed from our production systems. No health data is retained for analytics or marketing. Standard encrypted backups age out automatically on a rolling basis.
